01 What exactly do you do?

Most people call it advertising. And we do a lot of that. We’re a group of graphic designers, marketing professionals and client service representatives. Most people, maybe yourself included, aren’t quite sure what all of us really do. As a team, we create the way the world talks to you in just about any medium possible. The website you’re reading, billboard on the side of the road, funny t-shirt, super bowl commercial, local car dealership newspaper ad, and every book, magazine or brochure or you’ve ever read was created by a graphic designer. We do a lot of things that most people take for granted. The best design enhances a particular experience and recedes into the background. Bad design sticks out like a sore thumb. We like the good stuff.

02 How does working with a design studio benefit my company?

We get this one a lot. For example: “Why can’t I order business cards online and have my nephew create my website?” You certainly can but the results simply aren’t effective. Here’s why: Our creative team actually gets to know your business. We research your competition, have meetings about how you’re represented in the market and what we can do to elevate your reputation, customer experience and profits. Our goal is to push you forward. Sometimes even against resistance. That’s a scary thought for most people but it works.

03 I have an idea of what I want. Can you do that?

The short answer: yeah we can do that. We can create anything and everything you need to help your business talk to your customers. If you’re in doubt, just ask.

04 Why ghost?

It's a good question and one we've kept intentionally ambiguous. We've been doing this awhile; about ten years. Our creative and client service teams have plenty of awards for clients and projects both large and small. This is our life and our passion. When you love what you do you tend to do it well.

We're also different. Our website and work show that. Communicating to any audience should be straightforward and uncomplicated. We have no merchandise for sale and honestly, nobody cares about our tweets. For us it's all about a great relationship and great work.

05 I still don’t quite get it. Is ghost right for me?
